FAQ's Kinesiology

What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a complimentary health modality, which combines muscle monitoring with the principles of  Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ancient Indian Philosophy to assess imbalances in the body's structural (physical), bio chemical (nutrition) & emotional (psyche) to establish the body's priority healing needs.

What can Kinesiology treat?

Kinesiology can treat many health related problems such as weight loss, gut issues, stress and stress related disorders, depression, anxiety, food allergies & sensitivities, nervous disorders, muscle or bone & joint pain (sports injuries, prolapsed discs, knee pains etc) headaches, hormonal imbalances, chronic fatigue, trauma, shock, insomnia, emotional problems & learning difficulties to name just a few.

How can Kinesiology help me?

Kinesiology helps you by detecting and correcting various imbalances and disorders manifested in the physical body through your thoughts & emotions, whether that's on a conscious or subconscious level. These may relate to stress, nutritional deficiencies, learning problems, minor injuries & any other issues you may meet in your daily life. We then balance the stress on the system in a non intrusive way.

How often can I have Kinesiology?

A practitioner will use muscle testing to determine how long is needed before your next treatment, but it is usually a period of 1-2 weeks. The period determined by your body is to allow the corrections from one session to process effectively before starting on the next.

Possible side effects?

Due to working on all the systems of the body, this may stir up different responses during or after a session which are perfectly  normal and  a result of energy shifting. At the start of each session, I remind clients of some of the more common responses felt such as tiredness, exhaustion, thirsty, warm sensations as energy is unblocking and shifting, an emotional release such as crying are some examples. But we must always acknowledge, that no two people the same and therefore may react differently. However, even subtle changes and differences or sensations which are felt during or after a session, such as an increase in awareness, clarity, less brain fog, a sense of being more tuned in and less vacant are all signs that your energy within the energy field of consciousness has shifted in some way which is a positive.

FAQ's PELLOWAH HEALING TECHNIQUE

Why is it important to do trauma release?

Are you stuck? Lacking clarity and direction? Do you crave more connection with self, or perhaps you have some inspired ideas you would like to physically manifest? Pellowah is an angelic word meaning 'radical shift in consciousness' - its primary purpose of being channeled at this time is for awakening the consciousness of humanity on the planet. Although an angelic word, its origins are not angelic in nature but it is rather pure source energy, a direct transmission from the Light.

What May I experience in a Pellowah Session?

Pellowah connects all 12 strands of DNA - ready for activation. It unblocks, re aligns all the meridians within the subtle bodies, offering a feeling of  well being and connection which allows for radical shifts in consciousness.

You may experience body movement, (tremors or spasms) as energy is shifting and moving, digestive issues, see colors, hear sounds, have visions, and there are many other possibilities. You may also have no memory of any experience. Pellowah works on a deep level and layers of the body and it will provide the next shift for your unfolding awareness as things unravel for you.

How is Pellowah different from other types of healing?

It is primarily a hands off healing technique, and no two sessions are alike. Pellowah is pure energy and does not require the addition of aroma, sound, touch or other modalities for you to be able to experience it.

What is recommended after a Pellowah Session?

To receive the most from the session, 24 hours following a session, we recommend that you avoid consumption of alcohol, or illicit drugs, keep other forms of haling to a minimum, drink water to make sure you are fully hydrated and rest when your body requires it.

Why do I need to wear ear plugs and an eye mask through the treatment?

Eye masks and ear plugs are used during the treatment to ensure the client has their own personal experience without being triggered or distracted from outside influences.

Does the Pellowah Practitioner interpret, intuit, or counsel through or after the session?

No the session is about consciousness and so therefore the practitioner cannot interpret, counsel or intuit. If you do have questions post session, I can book in a Kinesiology session to bring a deeper reflection, awareness and understanding for you.
